What are the refund cases of MyBR?

The refund cases for MyBR are covered in our return policy. If they are in new condition and in their original packaging, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 7 days from the receipt of the products by our team.

How do I return an item purchased on MyBR?

Contact us to send you a return label. After receiving your products in new condition, we will proceed with the refund to the credit card used for the purchase or the returned products (no delivery charges).

I bought my product from another retailer, can I return it to MyBR ?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Each of our partner and centers are independant distributors of the brand with their own policy. If you purchased on MyBR, you can return the product directly to us. However, if you purchased your product from another retailer, or a Biologique Recherche Ambassade, you should address the return directly to them. We recommend contacting the platform or retailer where you made the purchase to inquire about their own return policy and process.

What should I do if some products of my order are broken or missing?

Send us an email as soon as possible with photos of the broken product or information about the missing products. For your claim to be accepted, it is important to check your package carefully in the presence of the delivery person or the relay point (write any reservations on the delivery note) .

What can I do if I never received my package?

Contact us as soon as possible so that we can locate your package and take measures to ensure an express delivery.

Can I collect my order from a Biologique Recherche center?

At the moment, we do not offer this service.

What should I do if I didn't receive my samples?

Contact us so that we can send you the samples selected in your order.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships from our warehouse, you get an email with a tracking link that will follow your package right to your doorstep!
If you don't receive an email within a 2 business days of placing your order, please reach out to our concierge service.

Can I have my order delivered to another country?

We offer our delivery service to the United States, France, Italy, Belgium and Germany. To place your order, log on to the MyBR site for the country of your choice.
